Job Duties

Welcome customers and listen carefully to their automotive service needs

Explain recommended maintenance and repairs clearly and professionally

Guide customers through service decisions without pressure

Schedule appointments and coordinate vehicle service

Provide updates throughout the repair process

Work closely with technicians and other team members

Follow up with customers and maintain accurate records

Handle questions or concerns with patience and professionalism

Protect the customer experience from arrival through vehicle pickup

What We're Looking For

We are not looking only for someone with previous dealership experience. We are looking for a strong communicator who knows how to take care of customers, stay organized, solve problems, and confidently guide people through important decisions.

Your experience may come from:

• Retail or restaurant management
• Hospitality or hotel operations
• Banking or financial services
• Insurance customer service
• Call centers or appointment centers
• Wireless or electronics sales
• Rental-car operations
• Home-service dispatching
• Medical front-office or patient coordination

Successful candidates will be comfortable:

• Managing multiple customers and priorities
• Explaining information clearly
• Building trust quickly
• Easily adapt to standing/sitting and walking for 40-45 hours per week
• Following up consistently
• Recommending appropriate products or services
• Documenting conversations accurately
• Working in a fast-paced environment
• Taking ownership of the customer experience

Automotive experience is helpful but not required. We provide training for candidates who bring strong customer-service, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
