Overview Front Desk Concierge (PT) - Val Vista Lakes (Gilbert, AZ) HOAMCO is hiring for Part-Time positions for Val Vista Lakes, a master planned community located in Gilbert, Arizona. This community consists of over 2,000 homes with many luxurious amenities. As a Concierge, you’ll enjoy helping our residents achieve a high standard of customer service. The Concierge is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all residents, as well as administrative duties. We are seeking candidates who can work evening shifts (2pm - 10pm) and some weekend shifts for this part-time role. Responsibilities Demonstrating highly effective interpersonal skills and collaborating well with colleagues. Providing exceptional customer service. Maintaining an enthusiastic, professional, and positive demeanor. Upholding integrity and credibility. Providing administrative support. Maintaining welcome desk. Utilizing excellent customer service skills while greeting visitors and homeowners face-to-face. Managing package delivery system. Partnering with the On-site Community Manager to effectively manage the front welcome area. Qualifications Excellent in-person customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Advanced communication skills (both verbally and written) Experience working in the Hospitality Industry and knowledge of Building Link is a plus Customer Service experience required What We Offer Support Programs – Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Calm Health.
