The Role: What You’ll Do As our Business Development Representative, you are the face of PuroClean. With a "One Team" mentality, you will identify and build relationships with key Centers of Influence to ensure we are the first call when disaster strikes. Key Responsibilities Relationship Management: Build and service a Top 25 Client list; host Lunch and Learns and promote continuing education courses. Revenue Generation: Drive growth through consultative, objective‑based marketing within your assigned territory. Brand Ambassadorship: Educate prospects on why PuroClean is the gold standard in restoration, ensuring brand awareness and integrity. Project Oversight: Communicate clear job estimates and follow up on assigned projects to ensure customer expectations are consistently exceeded. Who We Are Looking For We need a professional who is as empathetic as they are driven. You should be comfortable in a fast‑paced environment and possess the gift of gab to turn a cold lead into a long‑term partner. Qualifications Effective Communicator: Ability to ask open‑ended questions and deliver a compelling brand message. Strategic Connector: Talent for identifying win‑win opportunities and maximizing community partnerships. Public Presence: Comfortable setting and running appointments, educational classes, and community events.
