Phlebotomy Technician I

Phlebotomy PositionThis position will be responsible for efficiently and accurately performing blood collection and non-blood collection from donors.Duties and responsibilities:Screen donors to ensure they meet requirements for blood drawsPerform phlebotomyComplete medical historiesProcess blood in accordance to customer protocolComplete paperwork needed to update donor charts and computer recordThis position is not limited to these duties and may be asked to do additional tasksQualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent, required.Certified in Phlebotomy from a National Organization, preferred.Minimum of one (1) year Phlebotomy experience OR Phlebotomy/Medical Assistant education program, required.Knowledge of laboratory computer, preferred.You are a team player.
