Your impact as Weekend RN Supervisor
You’ll provide confident clinical leadership and oversight, ensuring residents receive high-quality, compassionate care while supporting and guiding the nursing team.

• Supervise and mentor nursing staff during weekend shifts

• Deliver clinical oversight and maintain high standards of resident care

• Monitor residents closely and respond promptly to changes in condition

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of medications, treatments, documentation, and care plans

• Communicate clearly and compassionately with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team

• Promote full compliance with facility policies, nursing standards, and Pennsylvania regulations

• Coordinate staffing needs and address clinical concerns as they arise

• Serve as a trusted clinical resource and positive leader for the nursing team

What we’re looking for

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania

• Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, or supervisory experience preferred

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and leadership skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and deeply committed to exceptional resident care

• Ability to work independently while effectively leading and supporting a team
