We welcome physicians trained in either Internal Medicine or Family Medicine who are committed to comprehensive adult outpatient care. The successful physician will build and maintain a stable patient panel, improve access to primary care, manage acute and chronic medical conditions, and provide consistent clinical leadership at the Brooklyn location.This is a site-anchored position—not a four-office float role. The final base salary will depend on factors including board-certification status, relevant outpatient experience, clinical background and scope, schedule, credentialing readiness, professional references, internal equity, and other lawful considerations. The physician will also be eligible to participate in a written productivity and quality incentive plan. Incentive compensation is separate from the stated base-salary range and will be explained before an offer is accepted.
