Now Hiring: Full-Time Maintenance TechnicianMyan Management Group, LLC. is actively seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician in Sparks, NV to keep our apartments in excellent working condition, deliver outstanding customer service, and assist the Property Manager in day-to-day operations. We also offer great benefits and perks, including health insurance and paid time off (PTO).A Day in the Life of a Maintenance TechnicianAs a Maintenance Technician, you play a vital role in keeping the property in an attractive, safe, and functional condition. You will:Supervise make-ready technician, service technicians, groundskeepers, and housekeepers.Collaborate closely with the Property Manager to report supply needs, staff issues, and potential liability concerns.Train maintenance staff and oversee the performance of contractors and vendors.Identify and report safety hazards while ensuring timely corrective actions.Take pride in maintaining the visual appeal and operational integrity of our grounds, buildings, and apartment units.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum 2 years of maintenance experience in property managementHVAC and EPA certificationAbility to be available for "on-call" emergencies 24/7Valid driver's licenseWhat We're Looking ForLeadership and team training abilitiesStrong prioritization and delegation skillsA passion for safety and serviceExcellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsWork ScheduleThis full-time position generally requires 40+ hours per week.
