Rosenberg Plumbing & Air in San Antonio, TX is hiring an experienced Lead Residential HVAC Technician / HVAC Service Technician to support our continued growth. We are searching for a motivated HVAC professional with strong experience in HVAC repair, HVAC diagnostics, AC service, furnace repair, residential HVAC maintenance, and customer-focused service.

As a Lead Residential HVAC Technician, your day will include diagnosing HVAC issues, performing residential HVAC repairs, completing preventive maintenance, and helping homeowners solve heating and cooling system problems. You'll work on air conditioning systems, furnaces, and complete HVAC systems while using your troubleshooting abilities and customer service skills to deliver outstanding results. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to use your HVAC knowledge in a fast-paced residential service environment.

This is a full-time HVAC Service Technician position with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

• 5+ years of residential HVAC experience
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience servicing heating and air conditioning systems
• HVAC sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
