Our care philosophy is guided by the following core principles:Dignity and RespectInformation SharingParticipationCollaborationThe Physical Therapist is responsible for performing assigned duties in accordance with NRHN policies, procedures, and standards of care while supporting the organization's mission, values, and commitment to quality outcomes.Essential ResponsibilitiesThe Physical Therapist performs the duties with competence in skills and professionalism treating a variety of ages including pediatrics, adolescent, adult, and geriatric clients. The Physical Therapist actively participates in the growth and development of their Department/Clinic including quality management.QualificationsMeets qualifications of a licensed PT/OT/CF-SLP with one year of experience preferred.Inpatient Speech Therapists must be licensed in NH.Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Outpatient Speech Therapists must be licensed in their state of hire and eligible for licensure in alternate state (license to be obtained within 3 months of hire). Inpatient Pease employees will need a Maine license as well.
