Superintendent - Multifamily - National Builder Developer

My client is a nationally recognized, fully integrated multifamily developer, builder, and property manager with more than 30 years of industry success. Job Description
- Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects in Raleigh.
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
- Monitor project progress and report updates to senior management.
- Resolve any on-site issues promptly to avoid delays or disruptions.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and reports.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans.
- Collaborate with project managers to achieve client satisfaction and project success.

- Proven experience in managing multifamily construction projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage on-site teams effectively.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and specifications.
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges during project execution.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
