As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol in Lima, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $21.12 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, administrative spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, and report maintenance issues, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contact.
• Support daily operations at a manufacturing and industrial location by communicating clearly with site personnel and assisting with routine security-related inquiries and post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
