Project Manager - Mid-Level

Responsibilities Prepare and submit permit applications via online portals to regulatory agencies across the D.C. Metro region Communicate directly with agency officials to confirm submittal requirements, verify processes, follow up on application statuses, and resolve permit-related issues Schedule and participate in meetings with agency representatives and clients as needed Track and manage permit applications through all review stages, ensuring timely responses to comments and required revisions Conduct quality control (QC) reviews on client-provided permit documents prior to submission Identify potential permitting risks and schedule impacts, and collaborate with Senior Project Managers to develop mitigation strategies Respond promptly to client inquiries via email and phone, maintaining a high level of customer service Prepare project updates, reports, and presentation materials for client meetings Provide regular internal updates on permit status and contribute to team meetings and project planning discussions Requirements Minimum 5 years of project coordination within the construction, permitting, engineering or related industries Strong organization, communication, and project management skills Associate degree or equivalent work experience Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred) Experience coordinating with municipal or regulatory agencies within the DC-metro area (preferred) Familiarity with permitting software or online submission portals (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
