Assistant Director of Nursing

Carthage Center is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support clinical leadership in our skilled nursing and rehab facility in Carthage, NY. The ADON will assist in overseeing nursing operations, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care, regulatory compliance, and effective staff management. Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, supporting care planning and assessments, monitoring clinical outcomes, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and assisting with education, onboarding, and performance improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a compassionate RN leader with strong organizational, clinical, and communication skills and a passion for serving seniors.
