A Service Manager is responsible for overseeing daily service operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and in alignment with company standards. The role includes managing field technicians, coordinating schedules, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to support high‑quality service delivery. Responsibilities also involve monitoring performance, enforcing safety practices, and driving continuous improvement in service processes and customer satisfaction.
