Position Title Psychotherapist (LCMHC, LMFT, Psychologist – PsyD/Ph.D.) Employment Type W-2 | Fee-for-Service | Pay Per Encounter Schedule This position offers both part-time and full-time options. Part-Time: 2 days per week (daytime hours, you pick the days!). Full-Time: Monday–Friday (daytime hours, typically a building a day). Coverage Areas This role includes 1-2 days in Henderson, NC or additional clinical service days in one or more of the following locations: Charlotte, Mooresville, Salisbury, Clemmons, Lexington, Sparta, Wilkesboro, Henderson, Yanceyville, and Wilmington, NC. Job Summary Telos Health Systems is seeking a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) to provide mental health evaluations and psychotherapy services to patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living Facilities. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and strong clinical and administrative support. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Provide individual psychotherapy and ongoing treatment. Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. Coordinate care with facility staff and other healthcare professionals. Adhere to all federal, state, and organizational standards and regulations. Qualifications Required Clear, unencumbered active LCMHC in North Carolina Master’s degree in counseling. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a clinical team. Strong communication. Preferred Experience working with geriatric populations. Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, or long-term care settings. Compensation & Benefits Pay‑per‑encounter, fee‑for‑service compensation. Flexible scheduling.
