You will coordinate with the Duwamish Valley Program Coordinator, the Sr. Program Manager of Duwamish Valley Engagement, Property Management, Marine Maintenance, and other Port staff to address building administration, purchasing, repairs, supplies, and maintenance needs. You will also help ensure facility operations comply with applicable governmental regulations and the terms and conditions of agreements with the Port, facility users, and subtenants. You will help maintain positive relationships with tenants, community partners, and facility users, support user satisfaction, and contribute to the effective and efficient operation of the Hub in alignment with the Port’s operational objectives. You will demonstrate a commitment to equity by applying inclusive practices, cultural competency, and an understanding of racial equity, language access, disability access, environmental justice, and economic justice in your work.
