RESTAURANT MANAGER ~ ASSISTANT MANAGER

Chuck E. Cheese is seeking a friendly Managers with a passion for people in San Diego county!

Pay Range: $20 to $21 per hour, Full time, 40 hour work week

Management Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have previous Manager or Supervisor experience in the restaurant or retail industry
- Must have a high-school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to work a full-time schedule with a 40 hour work week.
- Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift
- Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift, in a work environment that includes flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noise.

 

Job Responsibilities Include:

- Make daily decisions that ensure product quality, store cleanliness and other Company standards are met

- Understands cost control procedures, financial accounting, inventory levels and labor management

- Monitors shift profitability

- Knows, understands and executes proper cash handling and safe procedures

- Sets up shift board and personnel positioning

- Responsible for receiving deliveries and following all security procedures

- Ensures birthday parties are set up and that appropriate personnel are scheduled and assigned to assist the party; evaluates birthday survey and results

- Supervises Team Members / Cast Members

Previous experience is required in a similar role, such as Restaurant Manager, General Manager, GM, AGM, Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, Floor Manager, Dining Manager, Shift Manager, Shift Manager, Team Leader, Team Lead, Shift Supervisor, or another similar Restaurant OR Retail Management role.
