Job Details Qualifications Required Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Admission to at least one U.S. state bar and ability to obtain admission in Tennessee. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing attorney handling transactional commercial real estate matters. Experience in one or more of the following areas: Commercial leasing Acquisitions and dispositions Land use and zoning Construction-related transactions Commercial lending Organizational structuring Investment and financing transactions Venture capital arrangements Tax-related real estate matters Strong legal research, drafting, and contract negotiation skills. Preferred Skills Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client-service mindset. Ability to independently manage complex transactions and competing priorities. Strong organizational and project management skills.
