Responsibilities Advance your nursing career as an RN Supervisor, supporting the Director of Nursing and delivering efficient, effective nursing care. Key responsibilities include: Report to the Director of Nursing. Lead, guide, and direct the clinical operations of assigned nursing units, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, practice standards, and regulations. Facilitate implementation of the care delivery model and processes. Collaborate to maintain adequate nursing staff for safe 24/7 care, emphasizing limited overtime and agency use. Participate in recruitment, orientation, mentoring, and recommend staff promotions, transfers, and terminations. Qualifications Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with current RN license. Minimum of three years full‑time clinical experience, with at least two years in long‑term care and one year in a supervisory capacity preferred. BSN preferred.
