Are you an expert when it comes to implementing sales growth plans?We’re looking for an Associate Market Executive to:• act as a deputy to the Market Head in the daily management of the Market• develop a structured coaching program for financial advisors, helping them identify and achieve their growth needs• run regular sales meetings, assist with implementing growth initiatives, evaluate progress and create action plans to address underperformance• when appropriate, manage and resolve all escalated issues, including financial, reputational, compliance, supervisory, operational and HR governance risks• assist with selecting, hiring and on-boarding of financial advisors and oversee conversion of those transitioning• serve as financial advisor to personal clients while managing market responsibilitiesYour teamYou will work as part of a collaborative market leadership team alongside Market Directors, Supervisory Officers, Operations, and Administrative leaders. Together, the team is responsible for delivering a best-in-class advisor experience, driving market performance, fostering a strong culture, and ensuring consistent execution of firm priorities across the Los Angeles Market.Your expertise• ideally 5-10 years of experience within the wealth management industry• proven leadership experience• series 7, 66, and 9/10• motivated, self-directed and driven• skilled at creating a positive business culture (you have the human touch)About usUBS is a leading and truly global wealth manager and the leading universal bank in Switzerland.
