Develop deep expertise in your specialty, maintain a broad understanding of tax concepts, understand client goals, and deliver proactive tax and business solutions.Manage Client Relationships & Analyze Needs. Oversee complex engagements, conduct thorough analyses, and represent clients with integrity before taxing authorities.Oversee Tax Preparation. Review and approve complex tax returns, ensuring quality and compliance.Coach & Mentor. Guide tax seniors, staff, and interns to ensure timely, accurate work and professional growth.Grow Your Practice & Drive Business Development. Contribute to your niche or industry focus through practice development and execute personal marketing and client growth plans.Drive Initiatives. Participate in firm and departmental projects to enhance the team and organization.Stay Current & Engage Externally.
