Home Health Aide

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals in their homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of seniors and those in need of assistance.

Duties:

• Provide personal care to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Administer medication reminders
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nurse
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
• Document client care activities and maintain accurate medical records

We have live-ins and 2-, 4-, 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts per day, as well as night shifts.

Location: Freehold (Monmouth County), Marlboro (surrounded areas of entire Monmouth County)

Skills:

• Experience in home care or senior care is preferred
• Knowledge of memory care and dementia care techniques is a plus
• Ability to follow instructions from nurses and other healthcare professionals
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare team members
• Compassion and empathy for individuals requiring assistance with daily activities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Attention to detail in documenting medical information accurately

Requirements:

• Valid Driver License in the State of New Jersey
• Valid Certified license for Home Health Aid by the State of New Jersey
• Valid Work Authorization to work in the United States

Compensation: $0.19 - $0.26 per hour
