Leaders must delegate, train, and monitor the progress of all associates and all facets of the hardware store. The primary responsibilities of in-store management are to manage the sales, expenses, profits, assets, and team members' personal development to ensure customers are receiving the highest level of customer service. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of previous retail management experience. We are looking for a qualified individual for store manager. Ability to lift 40 pounds consistently, stand, and walk for up to 8 hours during shift. Store Manager duties and responsibilities: Open and close the store following security and safety procedures Manage daily cash handling, deposits, and register reconciliation Handle unexpected issues, customer service, and emergency situations Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against targets Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and problem areas Hire, train, and onboard new team members Handle employee conflicts and disciplinary actions when needed Handle returns, exchanges, and special customer requests Resolve customer complaints and difficult situations professionally Train staff on product knowledge and customer service standards Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times Qualifications and Skills Customer service POS and payment processing Inventory Management Scheduling Strong leadership and ability to motivate team Excellent communication Problem-solving under pressure Time Management and Prioritization Computer skills Strong sales abilities Organization Click through and start your journey with us now! #J-18808-Ljbffr Ace Hardware Corporation
