Corporate Counsel, Business Conduct & Ethics Investigations

Amazon’s Legal Department is looking for an attorney with significant experience in corporate investigations and compliance programs to join its Business Conduct & Ethics Investigations Program.Key job responsibilitiesAs Corporate Counsel, you will monitor, supervise, and independently conduct internal investigations involving potential legal and regulatory issues, including fraud allegations. The ideal candidate must be a strong communicator adept at working with multiple stakeholders to navigate complex investigations and deliver results. You will also help design, administer, and support our Business Conduct & Ethics Investigations Program. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
