Assistant Manager - Sport Clips Haircuts Sport Clips Haircuts of Lansing Location: 300 N Clippert St, Lansing, MI 48912 Earn Up to $75,000 a Year Full-Time Leadership Opportunity Assistant Manager Needed at Sport Clips Lansing! Sport Clips Haircuts of Lansing is looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to help lead our team. This location is owned and operated by Jesse Keyser , a world-renowned multi-unit salon operator with a proven track record of success. If you’re a natural leader who enjoys the beauty industry and wants excellent earning potential, this is a strong opportunity. Your Key Responsibilities Partner with the Store Manager on daily operations and team leadership Train, coach, and develop talented stylists Deliver outstanding client service while driving retail sales Support recruitment and team-building efforts Maintain high cleanliness and brand standards Help expand our loyal client base in the Lansing area Requirements Leadership or management experience (salon/retail preferred) Active Michigan Cosmetology license required Energetic personality and strong people skills Goal-oriented and team-focused mindset Flexible availability including evenings and weekends Competitive hourly pay + service commissions + retail commissions Performance bonuses paid every pay period Higher tips than other chain salons in the area Total earning potential up to $75,000 per year Health insurance and 401(k) with company match Quality training and advancement opportunities Store Location: Sport Clips Haircuts of Lansing 300 N Clippert St Lansing, MI 48912 #J-18808-Ljbffr
