Lead Estimator - Heavy Civil Construction/Bridge & Highway

OverviewMasTec Civil is hiring a Lead Estimator to assist in the growth of our Florida market! Lead a team to manage and prepare bid package from start-end process including but not limited to: cost saving initiatives, CPM scheduling, Maintenance of Traffic Analysis, bid strategy. After winning a bid, the lead estimator will transfer all documentation, make a presentation, and assist the managerial team with buyouts, value engineering, and future change order analysis.This candidate must be a self-motivated person, willing to collaborate with peers, teach young engineers, and constantly strives to identify problems and solutions.
