Entry Level Legal Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative & Legal Assistant to provide clerical, administrative, and client support for our practice. This individual will play a key role in managing case files, preparing estate planning documents, assisting with discovery requests, and supporting day-to-day office operations. Key Responsibilities Perform general administrative and clerical tasks to support daily operations Maintain and update case management database, including tracking case statuses, logging client communications, and closing files Communicate regularly with clients by sending reminders, providing updates, and offering general assistance Assist in preparing and revising estate planning documents, including merging questionnaires with templates, drafting and editing language, and developing questionnaire templates Organize and manage electronic and physical files, records, and legal documents Manage office supplies, including ordering and inventory tracking Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and calendars Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including scanning, organizing, and distribution Greet and provide general support to office visitors Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and proper etiquette Post and manage basic social media content File legal documents both in person and electronically as required Assist in organizing and preparing discovery requests and responses Perform other related duties as assigned Qualification Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detai Exceptional written and verbal communication skill Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadline Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management system Professional demeanor, reliability, and strong client service orientatio #J-18808-Ljbffr
