Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions for clients ranging from kindergarten through high school, utilizing evidence-based techniques and therapeutic interventions tailored to client needs. \n
- Maintain meticulous and timely documentation, including client progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. \n
- Utilize a third-party billing service that handles claims, client insurance accounts, eligibility checks, and payment plans to streamline administrative tasks, enabling you to focus on client care. \n
- Manage and schedule ongoing appointments with clients, ensuring a structured calendar to accommodate diverse client needs and availability. \n
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with educators and school officials, providing insights and strategies to foster a supportive environment for clients' mental health. \n
This position primarily serves children and adolescents, and therapists are expected to engage with clients exhibiting various clinical presentations, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. The therapist will play a pivotal role in enhancing the emotional resilience of students, developing coping strategies, and working closely with their families when appropriate.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, with a valid LCSW license to practice independently in Texas. \n
- Demonstrated professionalism and strong therapeutic boundaries, coupled with effective communication skills to foster trust with clients. \n
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities, with the ability to handle 20-25 therapeutic hours per week while maintaining evening availability at least twice a week. \n
- Commitment to continuous professional growth and engagement in training opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills. \n

- Experience working with couples and families, particularly in addressing systemic issues affecting school-age children. \n
- Background in school social work or familiarity with educational systems and their resources is highly valued. \n
The salary range for this role is between $70,000 and $100,000 annually, which may include performance-based bonuses. Benefits also encompass:
