Job Opportunity – Emergency Department Registered Nurse – Colorado

Start Date: September 28, 2026

Location: Aurora, Colorado

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night Shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 12-hour shifts

Highlights:

• 50-bed Emergency Department with comprehensive acute care services
• Patient ratios typically 1:4 or 1:5
• Collaborative team environment with 68 staff members including RNs and EMT/Medics
• Meditech EMR system with modern cardiac monitoring and diagnostic equipment
• Level II Trauma Center with stroke program experience available
• Travel nursing opportunity with competitive assignment terms

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital Emergency Department experience required
• Active RN license in Colorado or ability to obtain
• Current BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications required
• Level II Trauma experience preferred
• Stroke care experience preferred
• Proficiency with cardiac monitors, EKG equipment, and blood glucose monitoring
