A well-established, physician-owned multidisciplinary practice on the shores of Lake Erie is looking for an Interventional Physiatrist (BC/BE) to join a team that genuinely operates like one. This group has built itspractice around a clear philosophy: use procedures as a gateway to function, exercise, and better quality of life, not as an endpoint. Work-Life Balance
The office is closed evenings, weekends, and holidays. The 4-day work week is the standard, not something you have to negotiate for. The team of 30 is tight-knit and, by all accounts, genuinely enjoyable to work with.
Tailored Workload
Two half-days per week are dedicated to fluoroscopic procedures. The rest of your schedule is organized by a dedicated medical assistant, so you’re seeing patients – not chasing paperwork.
Clinical Growth
Fellowship in interventional spine or MSK medicine is a plus, and experience with spinal cord stimulation trials is an asset, but not a requirement. The practice will support you in building and refining your procedural skill set.
Competitive Compensation
Strong base salary with an aggressive performance bonus. A production-based model becomes available after year one. Benefits include malpractice coverage, health insurance, profit sharing, and a 401 (k). Partnership is on the table for the right physician.
