Rock Valley Physical Therapy is seeking a dynamic, licensed Physical Therapist to serve as Clinic Manager in Cresco, IA. In this leadership role, you will oversee day-to-day clinic operations in both inpatient and outpatient rehab settings, coordinate patient care, supervise therapy staff (PT, OT, ST), work closely with hospital leadership and physicians, and maintain exceptional standards of clinical quality and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, analytical problem-solving ability, independent thinking, and proficiency in computer applications. An Iowa Physical Therapist license is preferred.
