Utility Laborer Position Summary:Concrete Utility Laborer assists with layouts, assembly, and installation of piping for underground/above ground electric, telecommunications, water, or natural gas. Perform necessary functions in support of Utility construction crew.Hiring Requirements for Utility Laborer:High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent relevant experience.1+ years of previous general labor construction experience.Ability to read and write English.Must have or be able to obtain (company-provided training) and maintain gas utility installation and services/construction ‑related industry Operator Qualifications (OQs).OSHA‑10 Certification (company-supported if not current), DOT Medical Card (assistance provided), valid U.S. driver's license, successful drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle record (MVR) review per federal/state regulations.At R.H.
