Client Services Manager, Locums

Client Services Manager – EPIC Physician Staffing Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for all client-specific matters. Conduct outbound sales calls and prospect for new business opportunities within existing accounts. Map client organizations and identify key decision‑makers to support account growth. Prepare periodic sales reports detailing sales volume, potential sales, and expansion opportunities. Present candidate submissions promptly, collaborating with clients to expedite interviews and offers, consistently meeting and exceeding performance goals. Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with division and company objectives. Build and maintain close professional relationships with client contacts to understand their needs and manage expectations. Monitor service quality, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure client satisfaction. Track market conditions and competitor activities to maintain competitive pricing and provide management with market‑opportunity feedback. Partner with the internal recruiting team to fulfill each client’s staffing requests. Engage with clients and prospects (in person, by phone, or via email) to uncover new business opportunities and articulate the benefits of the SBU. Qualifications Three years of experience selling staffing, products, or services to senior‑level management, with proven strategic selling, major‑account development, and contract‑negotiation experience. Knowledge of business functions, service offerings, business strategy, and organizational impact. Ability to make sound decisions and meet timely deadlines. Strong independent work ethic, proactive in identifying and addressing business needs. Ability to engage others for input, collaboration, and shared responsibility for outcomes. Positive representation of the organization, establishing rapport and maintaining productive relationships. Effective communication and dialogue skills. Compensation $65,000 - $85,000 + Commission.
