Job Title: Quality Engineer
Location: Milpitas, CA
Job Summary:
Seeking a Quality Engineer with strong electronics manufacturing, PCBA/SMT, QMS, audit, and compliance experience to support quality standards, inspections, corrective actions, and regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of Quality Engineering experience in high-tech electronics
- 5 years of QMS, audits, and compliance
- Hands-on SMT / PCB / PCBA manufacturing experience
- Quality inspection, testing, sampling, and data analysis
- Corrective Action / CAPA and discrepancy disposition
- Quality audits and regulatory/safety standards
- Product, process, and equipment qualification
- ASQ CQE preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop quality inspection, testing, and evaluation methods.
- Monitor and report quality/reliability data.
- Drive corrective actions and audit activities.
- Support customer quality issues and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure data integrity.
- Support product, process, and equipment qualifications.
Target Industries: High-Tech Electronics, PCBA/SMT, EMS, Semiconductor, Electronic Components, Consumer Electronics, and Industrial Electronics.
