Neonatal Icu Travel Rn – Level Iii/Iv NicuTitle: Neonatal Icu Travel Rn – Level Iii/Iv NicuSchedule: 12-hour nights, 18:45–07:15Assignment Details:Contract length: 13+ weeksGuaranteed hours: 36 hours per weekRequirements:Minimum 3 years in a Level 3 or 4 NicuCurrent Nc or Compact license (pending acceptable for submittal)Certifications: Bls, NrpSkills: Ventilator experience (Ac/Pc/Simv/Cpap/Bipap/Peep), Uac/Uvc management, Tracheostomy care, Central line care, Gavage/enteral feedingsRoles & Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive nursing care for neonates in a Level III/IV Nicu.Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform medical procedures as required.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.Educate families on care processes and provide emotional support during hospital stays.Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care activities.Compliance / Notes:Orientation: 24 hours unit orientationScheduling: Self-scheduling per unit needs; weekend requirement includes 3 Fridays, 3 Saturdays, and 3 Sundays per 6-week periodFloat may be required to pediatric units caring for infants up to 12 monthsRto policy requires pre-approval; no rto during the first week of the assignment.
