About the Role

This role involves leading ERP selection and implementation, driving platform modernization, and helping organizations enhance operational efficiency through automation and emerging technologies. The Head of Technology Enablement will also be tasked with designing scalable operating models, analyzing technology spending, and supporting technology due diligence and integration activities. Applicants for the Head of Technology Enablement position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in IT consulting, technology operations, or digital transformation. The role requires a candidate with a strong blend of consulting expertise, technical knowledge, and business acumen, as well as a proven track record in leading complex technology transformation initiatives. Hands-on experience in areas such as software delivery, solution architecture, data governance, or IT project management is essential. The ideal candidate will be adept at building trusted relationships with executive teams, staying abreast of emerging technologies, and providing strategic guidance to senior decision-makers.
