Compensation: $73,000 - $80,000 annually About the Role As a Physical Therapist at Performance Physical Therapy, you will work in a patient-centered private practice environment with manageable caseloads and a strong emphasis on individualized care. Clinicians average approximately 1.3 patients per hour, allowing you to focus on quality outcomes rather than high patient volume. Initial evaluations are scheduled for 60 minutes, and follow-up visits are structured to support personalized treatment plans and meaningful patient progress.
