Responsibilities
- Lead shifts from the front with energy and purpose
- Deliver great food, genuine hospitality, and fast, accurate service
- Delegate tasks, coach team members, and hold the team accountable
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are met
- Resolve guest concerns with care and professionalism
- Communicate clearly and keep the team moving with urgency
