Sales Manager (Germany) - Energy Storage

Responsibilities Identify, explore and capture new business opportunities covering utility-scale energy storage, C&I energy storage, PV and wind power supporting projects, focusing on Germany and all German-speaking markets. Build and maintain long-term stable business networks with core local stakeholders, including project developers, Independent Power Producers (IPP), utility companies, EPC contractors, institutional investors and other key industry partners. Manage end-to-end key account lifecycle, including lead development, customer demand alignment, daily relationship maintenance, commercial contract negotiation and comprehensive pre-sales & after-sales project support. Formulate localized market entry and sales strategies matching German energy policies and industry rules, deliver annual regional sales targets and strategic layout goals, and continuously improve regional business profitability. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above preferred; extensive relevant professional working experience can fully substitute formal academic qualification. 8+ years working experience in technical sales or business development within energy storage and EPC industries. Solid working experience in utility-scale battery energy storage systems, covering integrated battery solutions, inverters & converters, power equipment and general electrical devices. Candidates with direct working experience serving utilities and professional EPC contractors are highly preferred. Deep insight into Germany’s local energy market landscape, including photovoltaic, wind power, utility-scale energy storage and commercial & industrial energy storage tracks. Mature existing connections with local grid operators and official energy institutions are a strong bonus.
