The Temporary Warehouse Clerical Associate will coordinate the physical transfer of material from the warehouse to the distribution area and ensure the data entry transactions have been made accurately.Key Results AreasCoordinate the pull and delivery of needed items per SOEUpdate Warehouse Management System (WMS) with inventory transfersReconcile any inventory shortages and report any discrepancies as neededHandle any additional material requestsComplete the after-job process via WMS – analyze data, ensure leftover materials are return to their proper location in the warehouse, make any necessary inventory adjustmentsMaintain all reports necessary to track turn timesData entry of all receiving and transfers in processMaintain and assign cycle counting processSkills & QualificationsHigh School degree or GED preferredStrong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is necessaryPrevious experience working in Inventory ControlGood verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsExperience working in a warehouse setting and using a WMS is preferredAbout HRforGrowth: HRforGrowth is a full-service HR and talent partner built to support companies that are scaling, transforming, or navigating change.
