Haden's Lawncare, LLC is looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our team as Landscape & Hardscape Crew Members . This position involves working alongside a crew to provide professional lawn care, landscape maintenance, and hardscape installation for residential and commercial properties.

• Mow, trim, edge, and maintain residential and commercial properties.

• Perform spring and fall cleanups, leaf removal, and general landscape maintenance.

• Install mulch, decorative stone, plants, trees, and shrubs.

• Assist with landscape design and installation projects.

• Build retaining walls, paver patios, walkways, steps, fire pits, and other hardscape features.

• Assist with grading, excavation, drainage installation, and site preparation.

• Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, skid steers, compact equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely.

• Load and unload materials, maintain equipment, and keep job sites clean and organized.

• Follow instructions from the Crew Manager while maintaining a professional attitude and providing quality workmanship.

• Landscaping, lawn care, hardscaping, or construction experience is preferred but not required.

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.

• Reliable transportation to and from work.

• Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn.
