Job Summary
A Medical Surgical Floor registered nurse is needed for a rotating shift position in a healthcare facility. The role involves providing care to post-surgical patients on a 36- or 48-hour weekly schedule. Candidates must have surgical experience, including care for patients after vascular, thoracic, colorectal, and general surgeries. Flexibility to float within the unit is expected.

Job Details

• Shift: Rotating shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 48 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license; surgical experience caring for patients after vascular, thoracic, colorectal, and general surgeries; familiarity with chest tubes, tubes, drips such as Diltiazem, heparin, Lasix, insulin, or amiodarone; lines, tubes, drains for post-surgical patients; Trachs/Laryngectomies; telemetry; complex wounds; central line care, maintenance, and blood draws; minimum 0 years of experience; available to start 10/12/2026, end date 01/09/2027
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with patient care in medical-surgical settings
• Float: Float rotation may be required
