About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum years of experience required. License: Must hold a valid nursing license. Certifications: BLS, NRP, C-EFM Must-Have: - Previous charge experience preferred. - Travel experience is required. - Patient ratio experience is necessary. Description: Locals are allowed. First-time travelers are accepted. The electronic medical record system used is EPIC. Block scheduling is negotiable during the interview. Shifts are 3 x 12 days with every other weekend required. On-call duties are not required. Floating is needed as per requirements within the scope of practice. Medical or religious exemptions for the flu vaccine are permitted. Modules are required and should be completed during orientation. Modules completed within the first 16 hours of orientation are non-billable. Modules completed after the first 16 hours of orientation are billable. Modules will vary by specialty and are recorded accordingly.
