Operations Leader Opportunity

RCCJM LLC is hiring an operations leader for a locally owned restaurant group. We are not looking for a typical restaurant manager. We are looking for an operator. Someone who takes ownership, solves problems without being asked, leads from the front, and wants the opportunity to grow with a business instead of simply working a job.

This role is for someone who:

Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations
• Manage staffing and shift coverage
• Maintain strong customer service standards
• Help build a reliable, accountable team culture
• Manage inventory, food cost, and waste
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards
• Train and develop team members
• Help improve profitability and operational performance
• Solve problems quickly and professionally

Experience in restaurant operations, retail leadership, hospitality, logistics, warehouse leadership, customer service leadership, or shift management is preferred, but mindset and character matter more than industry background alone.
