Sales Operations Lead

As a Sales Operations Lead youll serve as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts ensuring seamless execution across forecasting supply planning customer service and commercial operations. What Youll Do

• Own day-to-day execution and customer success for assigned accounts serving as a trusted partner and primary point of contact.
• Drive forecasting supply planning and service performance to ensure customer needs are met and business goals are achieved.
• Proactively identify risks solve problems and lead cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and maintain a seamless customer experience.
• Partner with Sales Supply Chain Finance Customer Service and Operations to align priorities and close gaps to plan.
• Monitor account performance contract commitments and key business metrics while communicating progress risks and recovery plans.
• Take increasing ownership of customer relationships and business results as you grow into larger accounts and expanded commercial responsibilities.

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Operations Finance or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3 years of experience in account management customer service supply chain commercial operations or a related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Self-starter mentality with a desire to learn grow and take on increasing responsibility.
• Experience in a matrixed or cross-functional organization is a plus.

Additional Information :

Salary Range : The expected salary range for this position is between $60000-$75000 . Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
