For more information about Sprenger Health Care, please visit Qualifications High School diploma and 2+ years of experience in a patient activities program in a health care setting; OR college degree in or actively working toward a degree in Recreation, Gerontology, Nursing Home Administration, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, or Occupational Therapy Assistant with a valid driver’s license. Essential Job Functions Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner. Assist in transporting residents to and from activities. Assist with planning and leadership of recreation programs. Promote facility programs to residents, staff, family and volunteers. Benefits Competitive wage based on experience.
