Benefits and Compensation Base salary: $150,000 Uncapped bonuses and commission structure Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company contribution Generous PTO and paid holidays Travel and expense reimbursement Ongoing leadership development and industry training Established, stable organization with strong tenure across teams Requirements & Qualifications 5+ years of sales management experience Proven success in a hunter-driven, new business-focused sales environment Direct experience selling into dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and med spas Strong leadership experience with a track record of building and scaling teams Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics tools Excellent communication, coaching, and performance management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Willingness to travel as needed Must Haves Act as a player-coach by actively contributing to new business development while leading the team Build targeted territory strategies focused on penetrating high-value aesthetic practices Run pipeline reviews using CRM data to identify gaps, risks, and growth opportunities Coach team members on consultative selling within physician-dispensed skincare environments Develop account expansion plans within existing dermatology and plastic surgery networks Align closely with marketing on campaign execution and lead conversion strategies Drive accountability through KPI tracking, forecasting, and performance benchmarks Preferred Background & Skills Experience in physician-dispensed skincare or premium aesthetic product lines Background in consultative, relationship-driven sales models Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Pardot or similar platforms Experience working in a mid-sized, growth-focused organization Strong understanding of buying behaviors within dermatology and aesthetic practices History of managing high-performing, retention-focused sales teams JOB ID : 175064#post Samantha McDermott #J-18808-Ljbffr
