CDL Driver - Home Daily

PSC Group is hiring CDL Drivers who will be home daily. You will operate new, company‑owned equipment in a stable, full‑time role that values safety, reliability, and work‑life balance. Job Duties & Responsibilities Safely deliver short haul freight by dry vans, grain trailers and roll off to customer and industrial locations in TX and LA Operate state of the art air mover and other heavy equipment Plan the most efficient routes and deliver freight on time Perform truck and trailer inspections before departure and report deficiencies Properly complete company work orders and ensure all paperwork is received to haul load – BOL, weight tickets Secure the freight before departure and monitor safe securement throughout the trip Safely drive vehicle on customer property, public roads or privately held properties by obeying all traffic and safety laws Report any delays due to road conditions, accidents, or breakdowns to management Complete any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job Job Qualifications Must possess a Valid Class A or B CDL Driver's License and the ability to secure a TWIC Card Must be able to pass DOT Physical & Hair Follicle drug screen 2 or more years' driving experience with an incident‑free driving record 21 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S. May require a valid Driver’s License and / or a valid TWIC card, depending on work location Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check Wear all required PPE without restriction and pass any required medical exams Speak, write, read fluent English Regular on‑site attendance and punctuality is required Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus Work Schedule Monday - Friday Day Shift (Some weekends required) Employee Benefits Medical insurance options with the company paying a large portion of the premiums, including affordable dental and vision plans for employees and their families Company-paid life, short-term, and long-term disability insurance Matching 401(k) plan to help employees save money for retirement Vacation, sick leave, and holiday benefits (varies by work group) Incentives, discounts, and bonuses Industry-leading training and development programs To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
