Xanitos is hiring Full- Time Environmental Services Call Center Dispatcher for 1st Shift at Memorial Hermann- Texas Medical Center in Houston, TX. Immediate Offers will be Extended for Qualified Candidates! Hourly Pay Rate $15.00 First Shift Every weekend and Holidays Directs the activity of the discharge bed cleaning function, ensuring timely completion of tasks; monitors procedures related to availability and completion task, follows-up on issues related to service and operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Demonstrates and promotes Xanitos culture, values, and management philosophy in conjunction with the facility. Proactive in the achievement of the departmental goals and objectives. Maintains a safe, healthy, orderly and pleasant work environment for staff. Understands and applies knowledge of housekeeping concepts and infection control practices. Understands and is able to determine, explain and develop dispatcher logic and housekeepers’ activities. Directs the activity of the discharge bed cleaning function, ensuring timely completion of tasks; monitors procedures related to availability and completion task, follows-up on issues related to service and operations. Ensures requests have been completed in an efficient and timely manner according to current departmental standards and priorities. Functions as a liaison between Environmental Services and other departments. Develops and promotes positive effective customer service relations with departmental staff, and all hospital employees; ensures accurate and timely dispatch of discharge bed requests; ensures maximum staff productivity. Resolves problems related to or associated with patient through-put; recommends and participates in the solution of on-going problems or trends. Acts as a positive role model; possesses integrity, focus, commitment, flexibility, diplomacy and a team spirit. Is reliable and trustworthy. Job Qualifications: Experience in the janitorial industry a plus Medical cleaning a plus Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent required.
