Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

7:00 PM - 7:00 AM with three 12-hour shifts per week, including rotating weekends and holiday requirements.

Job Description

Join our dedicated team in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), where you will provide exceptional care to critically ill neonates. With a focus on patient-centered care, you will work in a fast-paced environment equipped with the latest technology and support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to neonatal patients in accordance with established protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patients' conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist in various procedures, ensuring adherence to safety and infection control practices.
• Document patient care activities using Meditech and Centricity documentation systems.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A valid RN nursing license.
• Current BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications.
• Previous NICU experience is required.

Dress Code

Scrubs in navy, ceil blue, any shade of grey, or white; no long sleeves, watches, rings, or nail polish allowed.
